Under the debt system you have bills to pay regardless of income status that are due every month and year.

You wouldn't know anything about that, looking at your own details you have shared with the community over the years. Your signature shows all we need to know. A willing victim and bystander, smoked witless and helpless as he watches his quality of life crumble in around him.

That said, Gaffin stop posting. Bragging or whatever you want to call it about low-level petty desperate street-level crime is not a good look and a really bad habit.

central scrutinizer more stories about shady contractors is what we need.

I knew a guy who knows a guy, he collected over 120k in deposits for hardwood floors and other major work from prominent private school families in the area within the same year. His angle was collecting a deposit and starting 10%-20% of the work and then no-showing the job indefinitely moving immediately onto a new job. Juggling 10 different big jobs at once.

He got away with it because they couldn't prove he A) did not intend to finish the work some day and B) that this alleged deposit wasn't to cover 20% of the job cost in the first place. Whos to say that 1 door and 10 sq ft. of flooring wasn't 5k? Maybe he just has a really high cost business plan and hes bad at math. No contract, no legal paperwork, GG. All assets were in his wife's name, she owned everything. Making restitution impossible.

He played it perfectly, a clearly experienced fraudster and career hack. Eventually moving into an even more prominent neighborhood and bigger house. Taking out a brand new mortgage with his hard-earned money under his wife's name. Two of these families were hit x2 for 40k allegedly. 10 years later, still living among these same families in the same town, their sons were all grown up now. In the locker room, at the regional private highschool, the football team was overheard mentioning this guy with bad intentions planning to get some payback.
