Editing the Wiki

So like many P99 players I use the Wiki daily. Every once in a while I notice something that is not correct. I've never edited a Wiki before. Can anyone edit it freely? Someone ELI5 this to me.

For example: http://wiki.project1999.com/Focus_of_Spirit

On the page for Focus of Spirit it says "Focuses your target's spiritual energy, granting increased hit points, strength, and dexterity for 1 hour(s) 40.0 mins." but under details it only shows the HP/STR components. It also shows the HP as 405 at lvl 60 and 420 at lvl 65. Why even bother having what it does at lvl 65 on the P99 wiki when nobody will ever lvl beyond 60? Just seems to be confusing and serve no real purpose

I tried amending something & nearly deleted the entire players list of Vazaelle....
Didn't tinker after that.

doesn't really matter, you can revert any changes that you make very easily
