Spells: Buff Stacking Issue

Resist Fire and Malisement aren't stacking.

When I am afflicted by Malisement(possibly other spells from the line) Resist Fire(But not other resist spells) is being removed and when casted it *says* the spell lands on the target but it still fails to actually reapply until the debuff has faded.
