Until your corpse rots I don't think it is a /petition situation. You are saying you can't get it because your internet doesn't work? They would say that is your problem. Once you can log in simply go get it. If you can't find it you can have a necro summon it, etc.
Once your corpse does rot you can /petition to have it summoned to NFP. I have done this several times and it has never been a problem. Usually get it within a couple days. I have had corpses summoned that were a year old. | ||
