RMT Rule Change

Just gives players less incentive to go from blue to red now.

Starting with some plat for spells etc was a good way of getting people on to red.

Daybreak has a server that they transfer all the trainers, asshats, RMTers, troublemakers on. Imagine... Australia circa 1800. It's quite a good solution.

Red = the P99 equivalent. No boat back suckers!!

a bi-directional service like this would be rad with a once per like 6 month limitation or something like that.

I think the GMs disabled it to lighten their workload, not increase it
