Ok soo 400k might of been too much for this spell... despite you shamans spawn with your epics and I just a single piece for mine.... I'll lower the price of canni 4 down to 300k! Thats soo cheap any shaman that farmed 1/80th as much as any other class can easily afford it!

Canni 4 isn't going to sell for that much, sorry charlie.

Lol ... It's barely a fraction the functional worth of torpor (if even that) and it'll drop of a much wider range of mobs that will be hunted with a greater frequency. If wiki is right it also casts twice as slow, so you're really just left with a slightly better hp/mana conversion rate.

Great spell ... Don't get me wrong ... But no way in hell it'll go for anywhere near as much as the woefully over inflated torpor.

Most classes got a small handful of spells - so Velious spell drops per spell will be more common than kunark spells were.

Hmm never knew of the cast time differences, but including that, it is still a 30% upgrade or more. As well very very few mobs in velious even have a chance of dropping Canni 4. So if you want to be all that you can be you have to pay the piper, especially when no one else is willing to sell the spell.

Hey man I'm just letting you know what reasonable price ranges to expect. Take it or leave it, but I highly doubt you'll find a shaman willing to drop more $ on it than torpor, and you originally asked for 4 torpors.

I imagine the first few might sell for 30-50k to really desperate folks, then drift down to 10k for a while before bottoming out wherever that may be.

There's only so many level 58+ Shamans on the server (there are quite a few). I'll want it eventually but I'll end up camping it or buying under 10k as the server gets saturated. To make matters worse apparently the spell isn't supposed to be in game until 5 months after release. If Daldean has his way, the spell could be bricked until that time. I'd be a cautious buyer.

Save yourself a hernia and just accept you're not getting 400k, 300k, or realistically ever more than torpor for it. The one exception is if they remove the drop but don't brick the spell - might have a gold mine in that case. A desperate neckbeard might pay out the nose to have it 3 months early.

well, people trying to sell torpor for 200k now so maybe you will get more than 50k after all but who knows... too much plat on this server anyways for those that have been here awhile.

About half the server are/have shamans.

I doubt any character can solo Velketor.

When breeze got taken out because it was introduced too early, they still allowed people who had it to cast it.

I'm sure torpor got soo saturated that it went under 10k after 5 years of kunark.

Torpor is a game changing spell. Canni 4 is slightly better than Canni 3 and is not really needed. It's a luxury. I personally wouldn't spend more than 2k on it, and I have a 60 Torpor Shaman.

Half this server have a melee, pocket cleric, and caster, too. Most of the non new people who play this game play it for alts. We can all farm Western Wastes and spells in Velious are far more common and easy to get than Kunark. I do agree the market here is inflated due to so much plat being in circulation.

Just because something is listed at a certain price on the wiki, does not mean that is what one should pay for it. Any item is worth what someone will pay for it. Personally, I try to farm any items I can for my alts, within reason.

This server has a huge dirt merchant mentality in EC for some reason. Most people are cool, but there is nothing classic about super inflated prices for items. Velious caused most items to plummet in value due to increased spawns and similar easier to get items.

i've seen two canni4s in EC personally, and kept an eye on them. one sold for 70 and other for 50k. it's a good spell, but i think most people don't realize the cast time is much longer, defniitely surprised and disappointed me when i logged on beta.
