My girlfriend and I also want to play together here. So I wrote a petition in this forum. However, I fear that there may be a problem with our ISP. It is so, that the IP changes every 24h, sometimes completely (not only the last digit).
Anyone has an idea whether it still would be possible to get an IP exemption ? | ||

An ip exemption should not require a static ip.
More than likely it is a control on inbound connections that looks at the ip and the standard rule is one connection per ip. If you try more than one, it stops you. The devs would have the ability to allow more than one connection from a single ip as an adjustable rule. It doesnt matter if it is a dhcp or static ip, as it is for the session. Most folks do not have static ip's at home. | ||
