I'm not exactly sure if it was covered in this patch, but pushing certain mobs against walls will still make them fall under the world, until dragged back out. Seems like a small issue but some of these mobs are specifically raid trash mobs. HoT, Kael, even ToFS group mobs. Lguk also seems to be having the issue of mobs being pushed into walls. I will look into it further tomorrow if no raids are called immediately.
