If you can, post logs of your encounter. It will give everyone a better idea of what's going on and allow us to rule out some possible causes.
To turn on logging, type /log on in game. All the text that appears in your chat window will be saved to /logs in your Everquest directory from that that time until you log off. To enable logging 100% of the time, edit your eqclient.ini file and add the line Log=TRUE. | ||
