Where do I go to report a player for griefing and repeated LNS violation (ban)

He's empire trash. All they do is grief and accuse other pvp guilds that honour lns of being griefers. They single handedly as a guild griefed over a dozen TMO core off of R99 and reduced it from being a guild that fielded 60+ to a guild that could barely field 30.

They did the same with Good Guys and indirectly Fresh by using them for pvp and griefing them out of standard exp zones like sebilis.

Checked my account after not logging in for almost a month and was greeted with 'Your spell files is not updated'.

A month ago....same time Jibeknn got banned. I think the correct term is
