I would recommend Overthere. The sarnak war braids are awesome quest exp in addition to getting faction for your OT hammer. You might not be able to solo the sarnak fort right away (from FM ZL it's straight and to the right, Northeast I believe, by the valley) but it's a great place to solo or group.
