I dont agree with op crying over a pvp death, im blamin about YOU ALL tellin him to go to blue when ive found like 3 people on this server who are really red and enjoy pvp and care about gettin better, so you are just a band of loosers trying to act cool against a guy who is nice with everyone he meets on game. Pvp is not griefing, pvp is not killing afk/naked people repeatedly, pvp is not what you all guys made of this server and im saying what my balls feel like saying ok?

DB, dialogue like this isn't helpful. It isn't winning you any friends and will not dissuade your adversaries from objectionable actions. You need to understand your audience and choose to either participate or not. There are plenty of people on the server who share a similar set of ideals on fair play, etc. but it does very little good for anyone to bring that discussion here. If a player is legitimately violating the pnp, FRAPS it, report it and then once your case has been validated by staff gloat about it in RnF if you feel the need.

I understand you are standing up for OP and were not involved in the original situation, but you are only discrediting yourself along with him in the eyes if this community whether you agree with the established norms or not. Pvping on red99 is too risky and should be avoided at all costs.

These are the steps you need to perform when encountering another player:

1) See target

2) Is target in pvp range?

3) Is the target a known pal? Is the target naked (or do they just have shitty gear?)

4) Scroll up through the past 20 minutes of /ooc spam looking for a lns call in between the /wts CoS for 6k spam

5) Potentially, lns was called while you were zoning, so alt tab EQ and navigate your favorite internet browser to http://www.r99pvp.net/ooc.php. Double check the last 20 minutes of /ooc for a lns call

6) If no lns call has been made, go to your start menu and get fraps running. PVP losses can affect short term memory resulting in posts similar to the one above.

7) Start casting your first offensive spell.

I find the end of this statement hilarious since i and the majority of people i played with on live were between 14 and 20yrs old.

Naked bind camping is not pvp

Naked bind rushing is not pvp

Snaring/rooting/stunning engaged people is not pvp.
