What prevents these guys from making decent/good money driving for Uber?

Bad cars that Uber doesn't want in their fleet in a major city I am guessing.

I heard shitbox cars can't get in on the action in some hot areas.

Even the biggest losers in my city are making 22.50 an hour just wheeling around. They have good cars of course. The burger fast food cooks is truly a new type of lowly slave job since Uber hit the scene and requires no job qualifications of any kind and you make your own hours whenever you feel like it.T

The hardest part is the passengers who expect a lot of talking, meeting 3-4 new people and conversating every single hour for 8 hours straight is unnatural. You can get bad reviews from customers when you don't talk much/jerk them off and are brief with them, despite it being your 20th person of the day.

Its definitely not for everyone. But something like Uber draws attention to the growing divide between haves and have nots in 2015. Burger flipping has never looked more low class and ugly. 8 bucks an hour VS 22.50+ yikes.
