the mob the drops them is in quite an annoying place where there are few other rewards, likely the reason you dont see them very often. Good luck!

Just FYI, Incase you didnt know these still need the Batwing to cast, its just so you dont have to mem the spell.. Better off to get the Levi Cloak IMO.
