Default Best places to solo xp AND chance of diam/bd for wiz?

^ Title says it all. I heard TD raptors are best so far. Spread the secrets -- these BD prices are stupid. Some guy was selling bd bracers for 7k last night. Come, competition!

Do not listen to trolls.

I believe mobs need to be 50+ to drop BD/diamond. Vicious Raptors I believe get up to 46? I believe otters in CS can drop BD/diamond or did on live, but it's harder with the casters, I think you need to be a druid to harmony and only pick up the melee

Isn't there a quest that you turn in ulthork meat or something to the othmirs and get either a no-stat JC item (ruby bracelet, fire emerald earring, etc) or a diamond/bd/jacinth/black saph?
