since low level new to red players are generally afraid of everyone they see thats even remotely close to the same level as them I find being aggressive and speak in consise words that a berger greifer would use, works great just walk up and do this:

killbues says, 'lfg'
killbues INVITES you to a group hit FOLLOW to join.
killbues says, 'join'
killbues says, 'join'
killbues says, 'invite'
