Read a few pages of this, so next time someone pearls RF I can have my two friends log in to kill it since one person turning in isn't sufficient force to kill it?
Hello poster #1904823 that has compared Puppets (non raid target) to Ragefire (Raid target) and not understood the difference that raid triggered mobs have 20 min engage timer and non raid triggers do not.

Until you train yourself and die...forfeiting the camp. According to p99 rules I believe is 100% acceptable.
You are correct we would have forfeited camp if we wiped and there was another kill force ready to engage puppets. Unfortunately both parties wiped and all that was left at camp was Chest and Nixxar. Neither able to solo the camp til their party members returned (At the same time) and being that BDA controlled the camp prior to wipe it remained theirs afterward since no other force got there before them.

Are you guys even trying? Your rule lawyering is seriously awful.

Hiya, I dont know much about PoM but I thought I read the previous poster saying the puppets became a triggered event thus allowing them 20 min to do whatever. Thats why I compared it to ragefire which again isn't really a raid mob as it can be done with 3 people even though BDA normally brings 30.

BDA brings 30 because BDA is run out of a group home in Ft. Worth. I'm one of the admins at the house, and the goal is to teach people who have been in the penal system for often several decades basic life skills before they go out to look for a job, meet people, find love, etc.

I'd appreciate it if you did not attack BDA. What we do, makes it so these people do not kill again.

The difference is Ragefire once upon a time was a legitimate raid target. It only became duo/small groupable after people outleveled/geared it to death. It's a dragon ffs. Puppets have been easily duoable since day 1 Velious and were never intended to be more than a 1 grp encounter.

Which is relevant how? Apparently Chest cant duo it as he stated as much himself. People outgear PoM just like they outgear RF on this server because of 5+ years of kunark. single grouped triggered mob have always been treated the same way as the raid mobs have, Scout in WW and coldain ring events both come to mind right off the bat. this was just chest deciding to be a tool and you riding his ass to the pixel welfare line.

There are dragons in WW that you can solo, are they also raid mobs to you?

If you are going to try and argue, at least attempt to have relevant and informed opinions, otherwise you just look like a tool stuck on chests nuts.
Chest said he couldn't kill ALL the puppets before the trigger respawned as duo. Not that he couldn't duo it. Its easily duo'able. Scout and Ring War had special rules made for them /shrug
