I just got done at the gym, 4th day in a row this week. Feels good to take the time to invest in myself and my fitness every day. At the same time I'm not wishing death on people.

Outside is the answer for Sadad and people like him. There'll always be haters on the forum here but that doesn't justify wishing someone dead.

I'll say a prayer for him and hope his mental health improves.
