I mean I'm being a bit critical calling this event a "troll," don't let that undermine my criticism. I just want to address the issues with this event, so that the next one can be a hit. On a more positive note, I feel like one major point of success was that on the red server, the PvP was actually fun this time around. The initial vagueness to the quest, along with how spread out the event npc's were, kept the event from becoming 70 people camping a spire or zone line. In that regard, this event was much better designed than the Velious launch. I'm being very critical of this event from a technical perspective, but if the quest "actually worked" it had potential to be a very fun event. There was a lot wrong with it, but also a lot that was done well.
Oh, you're a Red player.

None of my criticism of this event is relevant to which server I play on. I did the event on a level 50 and didn't run into a single player in PVP range of me because our group was usually a continent ahead of the rest of the server. So I may as well have been on blue.
