The Velium Battle Axe's that drop off Icewell Sentiel's and Sentries in Icewell Keep look just like frostbringers. The wiki lists that they only drop off one and are 2HS but the wiki and allahkazam are wrong. On live back in the day and on this server the Sentries and Sentiel's should always have the axe and shield.
