I finally have everything installed and go to create a character so excited to hear the loading screen noise and ...... Files out of date [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]. any sugguestions?

Did you follow the getting started guide and extract the latest patch ZIP into your EQ installation? He's a direct link to the current patch files.
