Do you not discipline your members for aggravating other people on the server ? Do you think their behaviour is acceptable and does not require any action taken ? Do you think they promote server health or discourage it ?

I remember on live such behaviour time and time again would result in guild suspensions and eventually removals indefinitely for the betterment of the guild and server as a whole...

Despite Empire's members trolling, people have continued to join. It seems there are a lot of players on this server who care more about the loot a guild can offer them than they do about the behavior of its members or the resulting image that guild has. If more people had standards and refused to join irresponsible guilds, only then would the leaders enforce standards on their members.

I applaud your choice not to join Empire. There are several other options on this server which can provide fun people to play with, fun PvE and PvP challenges to rest your skills against, and lots of item upgrades as well.
