Sadly, the sleeper will be awoken regardless of situation I'm sure. Having a best in slot main isnt enough for these people. Having a best in slot alt, or 5, isnt enough either.

These people love to whine about "exclusivity.". They care as much about you NOT having the items as they care about themselves HAVING them; and with Velious being the server's final content push, and waking the sleeper meaning nobody else on the server will EVER have these items....well....you get the idea.

Forsaken/TMO has poked, prodded, and antagonized Rampage/IB for as long as I can remember. Now that they hold the ultimate trump card, do you really blame them for using it when it comes down to it?

Yes, I would blame them. Waking the sleeper just to deny TMO (Forsaken) ST loots, at the expense of every other guild on the server, would be childish.

On the other hand, Forsaken could wake the sleeper themselves for the same reason so I certainly understand the predicament.

Too bad a more cordial agreement couldn't be settled upon. And what happens when the sleeper is awoken and an entire raid zone is essentially worthless (to anyone without primals)?

Do we just farm NTOV for 4+ years to gear alts as was the situation with VP during Kunark? Leaving the Warders up, I feel, is in the best interests of the overall health of the server.

I hate to bring the R-- phrase into play here, but a Sceptre of Destruction will be worth a whole lot more if they no longer drop; as would a monk with a Lungi etc. Its the same damn situation we experienced with Kunark BPs and VP keys/drops.
