For that lvl range, people usually hang out in MM / Paw, ya know, that weird little gap between too low and just right for like SolB or something.

SolA still wins for PLing though. PLer's prolly buy the zone out so they're twice as efficient and look like they do a great job and get word of mouth advertising and sell more PLs!

And by everyone you mean IB. It was fixed pretty quickly once they all hit 50 if memory serves.

Memory doesn't serve.

Sol A was the only zone that didn't have a bugged exp penalty/bonus. It was available to everyone and people from every guild leveled there.

People ended up going to other zones when their experience penalties/bonuses were fixed, though.

Nice to see all the slander/libel has created another false history though.

Otto is right. Everyone was leveling up there, not just IB.
