I think it's 18 ± 1. If he skips, the window also expands (since he *could* have spawned at 17, making the next one 35 ± 1 or he *could have spawned at 19, making the next one 37 ± 1... making the total 34 to 38 hours, or 36 ± 2). And a third and a fourth for:
