most of what im getting out of these power rankings is that empire is a good guild that is very generous with new recruits if they show promise. and also the only guild you can join that gives you any sort of chance of getting all these really cool & good items. seems like a really good guild to join & play everquest with.

BIS bonus shouldn't apply to items where other items in that slot are nearly as good.

Also glad to see that outside of a few anomalies, it's all about where it should be!
