Item loot without a restart or wipe has far less of a chance at sustaining population than announcing a future Luclin beta test on red.


Put the red testbed Luclin idea aside for a moment, Its time to at least acknowledge it isn't a completely terrible idea to put it into development, even if years away. Because it can also be used on any other future P99 brand.


Just imagine in another few years, even the blue elites aka the donors, will be clamoring for Luclin.


Hell, if you explain to the raid guilds of blue how much more raid content will be available with Luclin and how many more raids will be possible per month, they will demand Luclin right now.
