Yeah, same thing here. I have used the wineskin and followed instructions printed for Mac users. Not sure what I am missing. I am running a 2014 iMac with El Capitan. When I click the Project 1999 App icon, it does nothing and I must force quit to close. For what it's worth, I used Titanium CDs to install.

I am sad.

I believe I'm running into the same problem.

I'm fine up until 7:30 in the youtube video. At that point she opens the "P99files30" folder. I downloaded the "Project 1999.zip" from the link in the OP, but when I open it up it becomes an application with the everquest graphic, and not a folder like the one shown in the youtube video. So I can't complete the installation.

Anyone have any ideas on what to do?

Forget the p1999.zip. Use the P99Files42.zip (current build as of May 3rd 2016) then follow the rest of the video. The only thing "project 1999".zip is good for is the icon.

Where would one find this mysterious P99files42.zip file?

Default No Character Models

Running Wineskin 2.6.2/Engine Ws8WineCXG10.3.0
MacOS Sierra.

The game is coming up but I have no character models. I have tried disabling GLSL and unclicking vertex shadowing as well as pixel shading. I tried playing with Wineskin engines but nothing, still no character models. Please help!

I ran into the same problem when using the Wine Wrapper posted on the first page of this thread. I made a fresh Wrapper with Wineskin v 2.6.2 and Engine WS8WineCXG 10.3.0 following the directions on the youtube video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_xfN...ature=youtu.be

Copied all the game files, etc from the old wrapper to the new one, including the patch files, set the Windows EXE to eqgame.exe and EXE Flags: patchme. The game runs now for me.
