The one I won while playing my monk financed my shaman's fungi.

I owned it for maybe 2 weeks before I sold it. I'd feel bad about it, but instead of insisting I get an unfair advantage on a pricey item when it dropped, I was the first to tell the group "everybody roll em up!".

You win some. You statistically lose 5x more than you win. Great items (some you can equip and use ... some you can't) will slip through your fingers and into someone else's hand. It sucks when that happens, but eventually, you get your fair share.
