New patch affecting music?

Mine occasionally sounds horrendous, but it was happening before the patch. The audio bug that's been getting under my own skin, personally, has been the overlap in sound effects from certain music, which carries over into other music. For example, if a piece has a shrill, high-pitched, droning noise associated with it, that noise will sometimes carry over into any other music. It's excruciating.
