All i feel is that the server lost some of its goals to work towards to, which is a big reason to play on a nostalgic server like p99. Also with people leaving the world will be more empty. Overall it just makes me sad that the people here couldnt find a way to prevent this from happening and value their pride and self-righteousness over the most of the server population. Anyways good luck to the people leaving the server, I just hope your scorched earth behaviour doesnt give you any satisfaction cause after all you just made this little world a little lighter.

So waking up the sleeper is depriving the server of 3 items?

I mean, its pretty amusing to hear you claim autofire when Detoxx was banned for that just yesterday.
Anyway, convincing Sirken to overthrow the player made agreement and go back to COH-quest was a brilliant move on your part. Two magicians can't really cover all of NTOV, so you started by picking up uncontested dragons just by putting your mages in other places. And then, with each dragon taking 3x the tracker time (1 monk on a spawn point -> monk+mage+bind sight tracker) , you just waited for Rampage to burn out while zerg recruiting a whole bunch of hungry people and offering them a lot of DKP for tracking. The whole business was a near carbon copy of Kunark launch, really, with the difference that there was no content to lock in Kunark. It's sad that, unlike EQ Mac, we won't have a full Sleeper's Tomb for years for everyone to enjoy the classic content. But I blame the staff here: variance encourages this hypercompetitive raid scene, because when you've been staring at the wall for 16 hours you really want to kill the fucking mob. It will be interesting to see how the server changes over the next year or so. I hope this leads to a less competitive and more nostalgic environment, but I kinda doubt it.

Fix binding in ToV.
Ban CotHing in Velious zones for purposes of FTEing. Reduce Variance hugely so mobs overlap a lot more. Make suspensions actually hurt. A 5-day Forsaken suspension is laughable. No mobs are even in window because the server reset happened. 2-cycle suspensions on single mobs are also laughable considering you need rock solid Fraps for anything to happen, guilds have proven they are better off breaking the rules every time and hoping they didn't have good enough FRaps. Make bannings actually hurt. Getting caught on fraps using bannable 3rd party programs to cheat, then swapping characters to your main in the same fraps... Yet you only ban the alt, lol. Probably was only a suspension anyways. Raid scene has always sucked here. I dream of days I can tell my guild at 7PM Sunday we will start buffing in ToV and begin crawling through North and at around 10-11PM we call it quits after slaying a few Dragons.

Raev, when Moosejaw posted those fraps at Cekenar it confirmed what we all suspected (that cycle you guys won I think every "jav spam" FTE with our FTErs saying the mobs appeared to be running into the world you were so quick. Odds on that?)
Since we had no upside to compete with AF we wanted as many variables as possible so removing the player made agreement was obvious first step. I'm impressed no one in either alliance CoTH ducked either , so at least we could agree to that. Raiding here has always been a war of attrition , you know that. Highly doubt it changes or becomes less competitive ( why not play another prog or Red99 if it's a casual game you seek?)

Its the community's game. Not Rampage's.. just reset the sleeper and move on. Make the last warder invincible and never worry about it again.
but then again I am a socialist in video games, everyone gets a participation trophy haha
