Primetime ping issues

I have had the same issue recently from switching off comcast cable internet to exede satellite internet. there are zones i'm not able to even go to such as FV and I play during non peak hours with about 500-700 people online. FV is the only zone I know I can't get into, though, I did have problems with LOIO for a couple days but appears the less people in zone and the smaller the zone (cause they are both huge) the easier it is for me to get into.

I'm not sure if i'm able to do something to help this issue so if anyone has an idea I'd love to hear from you.

My only suggestion is to petition a GM/Guide to move your character to a zone you know you can enter and then play from there. They did a great job in less than 48 hours for my main who LDed on the boat entering FV.

also, just a side note.... be glad you spike at 800 ping..... thats about where I sit normally and as an enchanter, the spell lag doesn't help me much
