Darkforge turn in

Can only SKs do the turn in for this armor? Say, could I farm all the pieces, do the turn ins, then swap the darkforge to my SK?

As long as your faction is good (I believe you need ally?) you can do the turn ins for any class. I know a Necro that dies the bard, cleric and sk armor regularly. You can also do the mage focus to be able to reclaim your pet on any class.
