Also, what is the current guild hierarchy in terms of number of active players?

I'm sure Empire is still in 1 slot, but 2,3,4, etc.? Any1 care to write a list?

Empire is the only raiding guild so they are the number 1 slot. There are no slots after that. Besides Empire there are a couple small PvP guilds and a few leveling guilds.
