Default Ted Cruz the 'Anointed King'

TED CRUZ BELIEVES HE IS AN ‘ANOINTED KING’ TO BRING ABOUT THE “END TIMES WEALTH TRANSFER”

TED CRUZ “ANOINTED” TO “BRING THE SPOILS OF WAR TO THE PRIESTS”

Quote:
“I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;” 2 Timothy 4:1 (KJV)

Ted Cruz press people will tell you endlessly that he is a born-again Christian, and he may well be. But Ted Cruz is also a member of a strict fundamentalist branch of the Southern Baptist Church but also has deep roots in the Dominionist theology and Charismatic Pentecostalism of his father. His father Rafael Cruz is is a noted Dominionist preacher. One of the doctrines he preaches is the Charismatic prosperity heresy of something called “end times transfer of wealth“. This is not found anywhere in the Bible, and in fact is a ploy by the Charismatic movement to get their people to “tithe” at a higher level. This is the type of “Christianity” that is found in the Cruz household.
Quote:
Dominion theology is also known as Christian reconstructionism and theonomy. Dominion theology states that biblical Christianity will rule all areas of society, personal and corporate. Christian reconstructionism reasons that society will be reconstructed by the Law of God as preached in the gospel and the Great Commission. Theonomy is a post-millennial view believing that all of the moral laws contained in the Old Testament are yet binding today.
theocracy is bad and dominionism should be strangled in the cradle

Hah, nice try! Godless Japan has embraced rather stringent mosaic law across their pristine society. They even apply it to pornography and nothing had has happened to them.

They'd have known higher greatness yet had their god not listened to the foolish yearnings of his most astute disciples.

Theocracy is only ever an issue when your god cedes control to men.

You lose by anecdote.

The article says he is because he isn't and needs to make some case one way or another so lets make a conspiracy by using his fathers words whatever they may mean. Sure he is a king, King Ted! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] He is a king and a priest, as all Christians are called in the bible. Nothing new there with that, not a conspiracy.

Dominionism is kind of a loose term, more of a political thing as often used, especially among evangelicals, favorable of the neocons but not excluding others. Includes a lot of conservative Catholics, even Reagan Democrats can be tossed in there. Though there are dominionist theologians, which even those views can vary however, though often end in antisemitism; some call it replacement theology in those cases. But the loose term of dominionism in politics isn't that, it's just more about western values. For some though, it can be both, political and theological.

Between Ted and Donald, Donald is probably more likely of that by the church he goes to, theological dominionism, which his church is Presbyterian. He even stuttered regarding the question of a two-state solution for Israel, which if so would put him more in align with his church's views. Ted is opposite though, in that he says that the US shouldn't be involved in the Israel/Palestinian negotiations. There is a big difference there, much like Rand and Ron not wanting involvement, which a lot of people don't understand but then misrepresent.

Whatever Ted's personal views are, he's a constitutionalist. I mean as long as he sticks to that, he can believe what he wants, I don't care. All the problems we are in are from presidents that have been using the constitution as reach-around (TP). From all the wars to all the divisions in the nation, this is a constitutional problem, or lack thereof. Dems no different. You libs are freaking out if you don't get your damn wars too.

Ahh so you trust Iran to make deals with them allowing them to develop nuclear shit. A country that has vowed to making weapons and to use them. I go with both Rand and Ted on this, I just don't trust them one bit, the Iranian government that is. Leaving sanctions in place would have been a better choice.

But you libs really luv extremist islamisists, the "religion of peace" even with all their beheadings and outrageous oppression's against women that supposedly goes against the fabric of liberalism (the kings new clothes). It boggles the mind, but really doesn't since I have come to understand the mind of the lib (the ones that know what they are doing anyway), which is all about believing contradictions (double-minded).

This must be part of what offends you about western values, we let our women run around in bright colors and in some cases near nekid, even let them run for office. For office! Must be frustrating for you. I have a friend that looks almost your twin, he's from Iraq [You must be logged in to view images. comparing ted cruz to iran in an explicitly negative manner somehow resulted in that post.

take me step by step down the rabbit hole for how the fuck your brain processed it as support for either.
