Yes. Each window has its own XML file. Just drop and overwrite into the main UI folder of the UI you plan to load.
Potential issues: image sizes of spell graphics may be different, or the imported XML will call for graphics that don't exist or aren't defined in the UI. If the errors are too much, the game will simply load the default UI.
