Merchants: not receiving coin for items sold

Seems to be working again, just sold stuff about an hour ago and received my coin on the spot.

I've experienced this on random occassions too. I just sold two weapons in Highkeep Hold and didn't receive my 16 plat. A week ago, my gf ranted about not receiving any money at all for the patchwork she vendored.

The patchwork was gotten through the crushbone orc belts.
The weapons were simply vendor-bought ones, and since I didn't need them anymore, vendored once more.

Still Occurring, Lvl 4 Ranger Louisa, sold purchased short bow in order to purchase long bow, receive message that she received money for short bow, but did not register in coins, therefore did not have enough to buy long bow, Irritating and makes play the game less enjoyable. Plat and loot are hard to come buy for some NPC to rip you off.
