How long is 1 game hour in real world hours?

Every time I want to go through Kith, I get there at about 8pm game time. >.< I'd like to know when I should log in again.

The way I remember it...

One game day is 72 minutes (Lay Hands and Harm Touch are "once per day")

So 3 minutes.

If you are in Kithicor, you can basically follow the walls and walk as far up on the walls as possible, and nothing really aggros you as long as you're careful.

Certainly not as quick, but there's a static bixie out in Misty Thicket on top of one of the ramparts up a ladder (near where the guards are usually getting slaughtered by necros)... and some random bixies milling around the path towards Rivervale.
