Mouse freezes for ten seconds every now and then

Hi all

Just joined a couple of days ago... love the server... great people, and great classic game.

WinEQ2 works brilliantly in virtually every respect for me, but I've encountered a deadly bug. Every once in a while my mouse pointer just freezes. I can still move around with keyboard, but I can't "click" anything... so I can't loot and various other things. This lasts about ten seconds.

I found a thread with a suggestion for a "mousetimeout" setting, but that doesn't seem to help.

If anyone has experienced anything like this, or has any suggestions... please let me know!

Just to follow up.... I just stopped using wineq2 and everything works fine now.
