Crafting Questions
A couple questions I have concerning info/rumors I've come across from poking around on the web:
Does having the tradeskill books you can buy from merchants in your inventory have any effect on success or skill-up chances? Also which stats matter and how? I've heard various things from various sources about int, wis and str and it would help to have this all cleared up for me. Thanks! | ||

Books don't help. For most tradeskills, the rate at which you skill up is based on your highest INT or WIS; for blacksmithing, STR is also taken into account (so, whichever of the three is higher); for fletching and poison making, DEX is also taken into account (so, whichever of the three is higher).
