Been trying to connect all day! Please Help

I have been trying to connect to p99 server for about 3-hours now i can log into other servers but I am having no luck with server for p99. What error message / symptoms are you seeing when trying to connect to P1999?

For realz... how do you expect help when basically just saying "it doesnt work".
