Level requirements were not added on items until post-classic eras, should be removed.

And by level requirement I mean the cannot equip until level 51.

Wow...today I learned. Guess these were the first two items to implement that. Funny verant did it on the club, seems unwarranted compared to other weapons out there that are accessible.
