Colhate used to do this on Shlurp and was never suspended for it because he was always in range to at least one character on the raid. My solution would be to camp out any characters that are below level 60. If we do not have enough level 60 characters to do a raid, then we need to focus more on exp. You get the same amount of loot from four hours of exp as you do from four hours of wiping.

You will not find me dodging a raid. Raiding is fun.
The only times I play Porky, my main, in the raid is when the level 60 rogue that i borrow specifically for this reason, and on which I do 70+ dps, is being used by one of the people that are kind enough to let me borrow him.

In fact, I didn't even bring Porky to velious at all last night. I played a 60 rogue and defeated the evil wizard, Murda, in the plane of fear. Meanwhile, my main was sitting in his favorite XP spot waiting for the raid to end so he could level up.
