![]() I didn't see anywhere that he was there first. I do not believe it is a camp, but I am addressing your claim that FTE does not matter.
I believe every contested mob, with or without a shout, still relies on who got FTE having claim to the mob. I have not been to any of the Guardian kills, but my suggestion would be to petition to find out who gets FTE, as that person has claim to it. | ||

Kill Stealing Kill Stealing can be defined as the intentional engagement by a player to a mob that is already engaged by other un-allied players, or a mob that clearly belongs to a player/group's area of claim. If its not a camp, then you must determine who actually has the engage rights aka FTE. Gaining experience does not equal mob rights. Hope this helps.
