54ish+ you can pretty safely fear kite in permafrost bear pits with the short duration fear.

Wouldnt that take FOREVER to kill though? Those things have alot of hp so that would end up using alot of mana too id think

Bloodgills in LOIO is quite good 47-52. I spent some time in TD as well, fearing spirocs is easy, and plenty of room. Travel isn't too bad either with the boat coming to that island from oasis.

I've stagnated at 52 myself, any more suggestions?

PS: I find that locations where I can use invoke fear or my polished obsidian great axe, greatly increases the efficiency of my fear kiting. This may be because im an iksar and don't have clicky fear/snare.
