uh your logic escapes me there. TYT was named after the political group in Turkey. After all TYT is a political show, not a business - I'll make you an offer you can't refuse - show. The Young Turks which was an American mob group, likely was also named after (or a part of) The Young Turks of Turkey. Ain't the mob they are named after.
