Default UI flashes in and out in game.

So i am getting back into P99 and i have a new computer. I tried to originally install using duxas all in one but the char selection screen didnt have any UI bars and when i logged in i had no UI even if i hit f10. So i made a new location and installed through daemon installer witha fresh install. I am still ahving the problem with no UI bars at the char selection screen but when i log in if i move around enough my UI will pop on but it will flash in and out. Someone please help i cant find anything regarding this anywhere.

Do you have a multicore processor? Have you tried wineq from lavish? There are some graphics options you could try in the INI like shadows, cap frame rate at a lower value? CPU affinity?

I'd also recommend checking uierrors.txt in your EQ folder to see if the client documented anything about this issue

Make sure your video drivers are up to date.

Yeah, second that, update your drivers. Sounds like GFX issues.

Do you use the duxa UI as well? If so, try resetting to the default one.
