We were allowed to run it the past 2 years and casinos were outlawed then. I ran it first year and Catterine ran it last year i believe.

I did run a p99 league last year, and it was super fun (except for the 1 or 2 people who dropped out and/or didn't pay), but unfortunately, I am too busy to run a league this year.
