We were allowed to run it the past 2 years and casinos were outlawed then. I ran it first year and Catterine ran it last year i believe.

I did run a p99 league last year, and it was super fun (except for the 1 or 2 people who dropped out and/or didn't pay), but unfortunately, I am too busy to run a league this year. Its 20 man to start so theres plenty of room for all.If spots dont fill up by draft day & those that dont pay the entry fee & get deleted,league size will then be adjusted along with the making of 2 divisions.I havent been able to log on in abit,just spurts because I work alot but any officer in Kittens can hold your entry fees aka fendolyn,shyye etc
