KoltirasRip,
Here is what I would do. I would reinstall EQ directly to the C drive. I am using Windows 10 64 bit and installed to the same location as you did without an issue. However, I came across a post that mentioned some people were running into issues with file permissions. My Sony directory had the Administrator group listed with full access yet my user account that is in the administrator group still did not have full access. I manually added my account to the security section for the Sony folder with full access. The system went through and updated all the files and folders with this access. This was not a showstopper for me. I was able to login and play before this change. I only point this out because the post I came across recommended with Windows 10 to install to C:\ and this will resolve any file permission issues. If you want to try and add your user to the Sony folder before trying a fresh install to root of C, here what you do.
This should update your Windows User ID with full access. I would then recopy the files from the zip file and see if that resolves your issue logging in. If it does not I would then do a fresh install to the root of C:\ Report back and let me know how it went. I was also wondering how you installed Titanium? Do you have the original discs or did you download the ISO files for the net? I have included screenshots below of the login screen as well as the server select screen so you will know what to expect. | ||
